It’s a simple fix that saves a lot of money. Fitting in (literally) Moving from SBO to Matrix meant the oven shapes changed. We handled that by standardizing the end-caps and connectors. Whether you’re dealing with R7s or those specific SK connectors, these just click into your existing sockets. Inside the glass, we use a specific halogen gas fill. We’ve dialed in the spectral output so your PET resin hits that “sweet spot” temperature—hot enough to blow, but not so hot that you scorch the surface. One word of caution, though. Don’t mix and match brands in the same oven. It creates weird heat zones that you can’t see, but your bottles definitely feel. The best move? Replace the whole bank at once.
