No hacking, no modifying the housing, and no messing with your cabling. You just wire them up and go. One quick tip, though. PET blowing requires a ton of power density, so these lamps gethot. Really hot. To keep them alive, make sure your oven’s forced-air cooling is actually clean. If your blowers are choked with dust, the lamp ends will overheat and fail—no matter how good the quartz is.
